There are three key areas that we can work with you on becoming successful.
For small or micro business we can offer a free opportunity to access our business centre at Hillstown. This centre has desk & workshop space, free heating, lighting, and broadband. The aim of this centre is to incubate the next generation of small business.
Company consultancy, whether you are a struggling business / organisation or an organisation that just wants to move forward we can offer a range of consultants that can help you. We will work with you to provide advice on how to develop your organisation. Always working with you to ensure that our plans are both relative to your business and achievable within budgets.
Organisation Mentoring. We offer a mentoring scheme for organisation leadership. The aim is to support leaders who may feel overwhelmed by their current situation or just want to learn from the experience of others. The mentor would meet monthly to talk through the issues of the organisation. There are a limited number of free places each year which are selected by the mentoring team.
