Additional Overheads
- Xero Accounting Software is necessary for medium-sized church/district and above
- Xero Accounting software cost is £30 per month excluding VAT (which may be reduced if you join Xero Partnership Programme)
- Treasurer role entails 1 day per year (8 hours) which will amount to £240 per year
- Every extra meeting a year of 2 hours will amount to £60 per meeting
- VAT administration and submission of returns quoted independently from the figures above
Payroll Administration
- Setup fee is £60 (one-off)
- Additionally £2.50 per employee per month
